Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how DeckMP ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://deckmp.com and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed), role (e.g. creator, donor), profile details, and preferences you provide during onboarding.

Creator and campaign data: campaign titles, descriptions, media, goals, donation activity, collaboration and marketplace listings, distribution metadata, and verification (KYC) information when you apply for verified creator status.

Payment information: donations, subscriptions, and marketplace purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We receive transaction identifiers, amounts, and status—not full card numbers, which are handled by the payment provider under their privacy policy.

Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, log data, cookies, and similar data used for security, analytics, and improving the Platform.

Communications: messages you send to support, notifications we send about your account, campaigns, or subscriptions, and marketing emails where you have opted in.

We use information to provide and improve the Platform; process payments and subscriptions; verify creators; moderate content; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and communicate with you about your account and the services you use.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, email, payments, identity verification, media storage, analytics) under contracts that limit their use. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets with appropriate safeguards.

Social account connections: If you connect Meta, X, YouTube, or TikTok, we store encrypted access tokens and basic profile fields (such as handle and display name) to show connection status and to publish content you explicitly submit for approval. We access third-party APIs only with the permissions you grant and you may disconnect at any time.

AI features: If you opt in, we may send limited account and campaign context to AI providers to generate suggestions (e.g. content drafts, coaching tips). We do not send payment card data or KYC document contents to AI models. You can withdraw AI consent in account settings.

Cookies and similar technologies: We use essential cookies for login and security and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Staging media (e.g. videos queued for social publish) may be deleted after successful publish according to our retention rules.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption of sensitive tokens and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@deckmp.com. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

DeckMP may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Platform is not directed to children under 16 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post changes at https://deckmp.com/privacy and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice where required.
